By using the ungdomskrafts website, ungdomskraft.com ("the Website"), or if you make a booking via telephone, you consent to Ungdomskraft AB (org: 559171-3606), Södra Hamnvägen 44, 115 41, Stockholm), telephone number 08-517 082 81 or 031-320 41 80, email: kontakta@ungdomskraft.se or gbg@ungdomskraft.com ("Youth Power", "We", "Us", "Our"), terms as outlined below, including any attachments or other materials referenced ("the Terms"). The Terms will be available on the Website.
 

Definitions

With "You", "Yourself" it refers to you who visit the Website and/or use Our Services. Throughout, where "Services" are mentioned, it refers to the services published on the Website. You can place orders via the Website or by phone. In agreement with Youth Power, you will determine a time and place for the performance of the Services, Youth Power will then ensure that the service is performed at the time you have ordered. By using the Website and Youth Power's Services, you agree to Our terms of use and Our use of Your personal data as outlined below. If you do not wish to accept Youth Power's processing of personal data or other terms, We ask you to refrain from using the Website and Youth Power Services.
 

Personal Data Policy

Youth Power's Personal Data Policy This personal data policy describes how We collect, manage, store, and share Your personal data.

This personal data policy is addressed to You as a private customer, contact person at a corporate customer, or as a visitor to the Website. We are responsible for the personal data you provide. By using Our Services, including the Website, you agree to Our personal data policy. If you have any questions about this personal data policy or how We handle personal data, you are welcome to contact Us at the contact details provided at the beginning of the policy.
 

We are data processors to corporate customers for their employees' personal data, and the company is responsible for this data. If you are an employee of a corporate customer, it means that your employer is responsible for your personal data, and if you have any questions about the processing of personal data, We ask you to contact your employer.
 

"Personal data" means in this policy all data that can be directly or indirectly related to You.
 

(1.) What personal data do We process and why?

For private customers, We process the personal data needed to administer the contractual relationship and provide Our Services. Our legal basis for this processing is thus the fulfillment of the contract. The personal data We collect about Our private customers are contact details, payment information, billing information, and the Services You have booked. We may use anonymized data for statistical purposes, and We base this processing on a balancing of interests.
 

For contact persons at corporate customers, We process the personal data needed to administer the contractual relationship with the corporate customer and provide Our Services. Our legal basis for this processing is thus the fulfillment of the contract. The personal data We collect are name, email, and telephone number.
 

If you are a private customer or a contact person at a corporate customer, your personal data may be used for marketing or other communications (such as newsletters and offers) by phone, email, or SMS. Our legal basis for sending marketing to You is a balancing of interests. You always have the opportunity to decline marketing by contacting Our customer service kontakta@ungdomskraft.com. We will also send order confirmations for the assignments You have ordered from Us to your email, however, you cannot object to these communications as they are necessary to provide Our Services.
 

(2.) How long do We keep your personal data?

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill our agreement with You. However, by law, certain storage requirements must be followed, which means that We are required to keep data for a certain period, for example, under the Accounting Act, We must keep data for 7 years after the end of the calendar year in which the financial year ended. After the end of the customer relationship, We keep personal data for marketing purposes for one year, as long as You have not objected to this type of processing. We continuously delete personal data that is no longer necessary.
 

(3.) Changes to the personal data policy

We reserve the right to update Our personal data policy, and We will notify You of this. The latest version of the personal data policy is always published on Our Website. If We make substantial changes to the policy that require Your approval, We will contact You.
 

(4.) Your rights

You have the right to receive information about what personal data We process about You and how it is used, where this data has been obtained, and to whom the data has been disclosed. If the personal data We process is incorrect, You have the right to have Your personal data corrected, and You also have the right to request that Your data be erased. If Your personal data is incorrect and You have requested correction, You have the right to request that Our processing of Your personal data be restricted in the future. In some cases, You also have the right to object to Our processing of Your personal data.
 

If You want information about what personal data We process about You, please contact Our customer service. This also applies if You want Your personal data in an electronic format (data portability). If You have complaints about Our processing of Your personal data, You can contact the Swedish Data Protection Authority.
 

Force Majeure

Neither party to this agreement shall indemnify the other party for damage or economic losses incurred due to strikes, fires, wars, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the control of the parties and which the party could not reasonably have anticipated and/or the consequences of which the party could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.
 

Changes to the terms

Youth Power constantly changes and improves the Services provided and reserves the right to change the Terms, but it is the Terms applicable at the time of Your orders and bookings that apply to You. Therefore, always read through the Terms before each new order and booking. For other Services provided by Youth Power, Youth Power's current terms and price list for such Services apply. Terms and price lists are available on the Website.
 

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal is regulated by the Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005: 59) and generally means that You can cancel Your purchase within 14 days from when You received or ordered a service from Us and received information about Your right of withdrawal. The right to withdraw from the agreement on purchase is exercised by You providing notice of this within this deadline. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the agreement was entered into.
 

Cancellation rules

Agreements regarding Youth Power's services are made at the time of booking on the Website. Each such conclusion of an agreement is followed by a confirmation call/email outlining what You and Youth Power have agreed upon. After a service has been booked, cancellation must be made 24 hours before Your booked time.
 

For cancellations after these deadlines, Youth Power may charge up to the full amount for the value of the booked Services. When canceling Services booked through Youth Power after the free cancellation period has expired, Youth Power will, to the extent possible without incurring actual costs, try to provide You with free cancellation.
 

Invoicing/payment

Payment for Youth Power Services is made by invoice with a 15-day payment term or direct payment via Swish. Payment

 for a service booked through the Website is made in arrears. In case of delayed payment, late payment interest of 8% is added.

Invoicing with a minimum billing of 2 hours and we invoice for each commenced hour. For example: If the reported time is 3 hours and 20 minutes, 4 hours will be invoiced. No entry fees apply for assignments within the tolls, however, for assignments performed outside the tolls, an entry fee applies.
 

Invoice and quote may be stated in two amounts due to the direct deduction in the Law on Tax Reduction for Household Services (RUT deduction and ROT deduction). The higher amount refers to the total cost of the service, and the lower amount refers to the amount after deducting the tax reduction for labor costs.
 

If the Customer is entitled to a tax reduction, the lower amount shall be chosen. If the Customer is at risk of not being granted the tax reduction, the higher amount shall be chosen. If the Customer is not entitled to a tax reduction, only one amount will be stated on the invoice, the total amount.
 

If the RUT or ROT deduction is denied by the Swedish Tax Agency because the Customer does not meet the requirements for the deduction, the Customer is responsible for paying the entire amount on the invoice. If this is the case, the reason for the rejection will be communicated to the customer.
 

The current price is stated under each respective service.
 

Dispute

Disputes should first and foremost try to be resolved through agreement. If such an agreement is not possible, the dispute shall be dealt with in a general court of law under Swedish law. You can also contact the Swedish Consumer Agency to have this dispute examined, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We participate in the dispute resolution process.

We aim to respond to Your purchase/order-related question within 24 hours on weekdays and otherwise provide a response or information within 48 hours.
